2. Order Processing & Shipping
All orders received from Monday to Friday before 11 AM will be processed and dispatched on the same day, except on bank holidays.
We use courier services like DPD and Royal Mail to send parcels to customers.
We offer Next Day delivery for all UK Mainland postcodes.
Orders will be delivered on weekdays, except bank holidays.
If you place an order on Friday or the weekend, you will most likely receive it on the following Monday, provided it's not a bank holiday.
You will receive notifications from us or the courier service when your parcel is on its way.

3. Free Shipping Promotion
We occationally offer Free Delivery on First Order as part of our promotions. This Free Delivery will be applicable only on your first order.
4. Your Address
It is the customer's responsibity to enter the correct address when you place an order online. We will not refund / replace for missing parcels by entering wrong addresses. We advice customers to keep only one address on our record and delete all the old addresses.
5. Delivery Time
You will receive notifications from the courier service when your parcel is on its way. It is your responsibility to reschedule the delivery time (if you are not going to be available) or arrange for someone else to collect the parcel.
6. When you receive parcel
When you receive the parcel, please open it and make sure you have received all the items you ordered. Also, check whether they are in good condition.

If there is any damaged item, please send us a photograph to the email address above. After we receive your email, one of our staff members will get in touch with you via email about replacing the damaged item or issuing a refund.
