2. Order Processing & Shipping
All orders received Monday to Friday before 11 AM are processed and dispatched the same day (excluding bank holidays). We use courier services like DPD and Royal Mail and offer Next Day delivery for UK Mainland postcodes. Orders placed on weekends usually arrive Monday.
3. Free Shipping Promotion
We occasionally offer Free Delivery on First Order as a promotion. This applies only to your first order.
4. Your Address
Please ensure your address is entered correctly when ordering. We cannot refund or replace parcels sent to incorrect addresses. Keep only one current address on record.
5. Delivery Time
You’ll receive courier notifications when your parcel is dispatched. Please reschedule delivery or arrange collection if you’ll be unavailable.
6. When You Receive Parcel
Check your parcel immediately upon receipt. If items are missing or damaged, email us at sales@lotusmegastore.com with photos. Our team will assist with a replacement or refund.
